Power sharing means sharing power and influence. It is aimed at people in privileged positions who want to and can use their power to change the unequal distribution of resources and opportunities.

It is not acceptable for work to be seen as a weakness in economic terms just because it is unpaid.

For me, diversity also means taking into account the person's respective life situation, professional background, expertise and skills. For me, diversity actually means bringing people's individuality together.
